Message from Rachel and Jo

As we come to the end of a sunny and successful half term, we want to take a moment to reflect on all the wonderful things happening across our school. The warm weather has lifted spirits, and it’s been lovely to see children enjoying learning both inside and outside the classroom. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Sting, Cala, Joshua and Parminder for giving up their Saturday to represent our school so brilliantly at the Hackney Schools’ Challenge. Well done to all the children who took part — we are so proud of you! (Take a look at the fantastic pictures below.)

Looking ahead, we’re excited to share an overview of events planned for next half term — there’s so much to look forward to as we move towards the end of the school year. We’ve also been working hard behind the scenes in response to the helpful feedback parents gave us earlier in the year. After half term, we’ll be sharing a “We Said, You Did” update to show the actions we’ve taken and the changes we’re making based on your suggestions. Thank you for being such an engaged and supportive community — we wish you all a restful and enjoyable break.

Finally, a reminder that we start back after half term on Monday 2nd June at the normal time.

Jo and Rachel
